Scanning Fiber Endoscope
VerAvanti’s intravenous imager is a state-of-the-art Scanning Fiber Endoscope technology. The company’s solutions are designed to enhance visualization in minimally invasive procedures, improving precision and patient outcomes.
As lead designer, I spent six weeks working with the Bellevue startup, VerAvanti, helping them bring life to a ground breaking intravenous imaging technology they developed. This design sprint included on site research in their lab for usability exercises, quick thumbnails sketches to lay out key features and aesthetics and presenting pared down concepts to key stakeholders and board members. To finish the project, I built a visionary CAD model in Solidworks and rendered using keyshot.
The images I delivered helped VerAvanti secure over $30 million in series A funding to bring this technology to market.
